This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or contact Plainspoken Web Studio (“we”), and what we do with it. The short version: we only use your details to reply to you and do the work you ask for.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, business name, email, phone, website and message when you use the contact form or email us.
- Basic usage data. Privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics such as pages viewed, referring site and approximate country. We don’t build advertising profiles.
- Server logs. IP address and browser type, kept for a short time for security and spam prevention.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare previews and quotes, deliver and support your website, and keep this site secure. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it except with service providers we need to run the business (such as email and hosting), or when the law requires it.
Demo sites
Forms inside our demo websites are for demonstration only. They don’t send or store what you type.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email support@hwx01ai.com. If you received an email from us and don’t want more, reply “no thanks” and we’ll stop.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the project, support and our legal and tax obligations.
